Challenge

Revenue was flat and deals were too small. Medisafe was selling into coordinators and brand managers instead of the C-suite, pricing reflected it, and the team was conditioned to discount 30–40% just to get deals closed. Renewals were slipping and expansion was reactive.

Solution

We diagnosed it as a buyer problem, not a product problem. We rebuilt positioning around enterprise pharma portfolios, repriced and repackaged for C-suite budgets, and overhauled the full sales motion — discovery, qualification, business case, and procurement — to match how enterprise actually buys. Then we coached the team to hold the line on price.
