Separating Noise from Risk: How Healthcare Policy Dictates Platform Value

An asset can look like an incredible growth story today, until a shift in Medicaid or reimbursement completely changes the game tomorrow.

In Episode 3 of GrowthDx, host Ashley Kent (Founder & CEO of Clearstart) is joined by Snigdha Udupi, Vice President on Capstone’s Healthcare Team. Bringing a dual perspective spanning hospital administration, operations, and policy consulting for private equity investors, Snigdha provides an insider’s look into how investors evaluate government payer exposure, price regulatory risk into deal terms, and identify durable growth opportunities amidst constant regulatory shifts.
